User Agreement

The Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg traffic schools promote traffic safety, health and environmental awareness of children and adults through traffic education on environmentally friendly vehicles, enjoyment of exercise and sensible leisure activities. They are also places where neighbors meet and celebrate together.

The traffic school at Wassertorplatz can also be booked for private events and celebrations. When renting the traffic school, you must observe the following rules. By booking you agree to the rules. When you pick up the key you will receive more detailed information.

By booking the place you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Usage fee

A usage fee must be paid for use. This is paid when booking online.

2.Cleaning of the place and the rooms used

After using the traffic school, the rooms and facilities must be handed over to us in a clean and tidy condition. This also applies to the toilets. Please take your trash home with you. Do not dispose of it at the traffic school! Please complete all cleaning work on the day of use before leaving the facility. Cleaning at a later date must be agreed separately. If there has been no cleaning or only inadequate cleaning, we will retain the deposit for the additional costs we incur as a result.

3. Garbage must be disposed of yourself

- Garbage may not be disposed of in the traffic school bins
- Garbage may not be left in front of the traffic school

4. Close window

Please close all windows before leaving the facility!

5. Deposit

To compensate for financial disadvantages that KidBike e. V. can arise from usage, e.g. B. due to a loss of keys, we charge a fee Deposit of 50.00 EUR. You pay this when you receive the keys for the facility.
I also confirm that I agree that the deposit of €50 will be retained if all contamination resulting from my party from traffic school has not been removed!
I am responsible for the misbehavior of all my guests!
I confirm that
- Garbage may NOT be disposed of in the traffic school trash cans.
- Garbage bags must NOT be left in front of the traffic school!
- The rubbish caused by all guests on the entire site must be cleaned up!
- Contamination of walls, floors, windows and tables must be avoided or cleaned up!
- Plants on the site must not be damaged and wood must not be removed/burned
To prove any contamination, photos are taken of the condition of the traffic school.

6. No smoking

Please understand that smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. Please smoke before entering the premises and dispose of cigarettes in an ashtray.

7. Avoiding noise

Please ensure that the volume at your celebration is appropriate! Please be considerate of the neighbors of the traffic school and do not give them cause to complain about noise pollution. Your celebration must be over by 10 p.m. on Saturdays and by 8 p.m. on weekdays and Sundays.

8. Liability for personal injury and property damage

Unless there is gross negligence on the part of the employees of KidBike e. V., you use the facility at your own risk and expressly agree to this before use! We assume no liability for any personal injury or damage to property brought along during use! You are the organizer yourself and should take out event liability insurance to protect yourself against third-party claims for damages.

9. Damages and Losses

If we incur damage to the equipment and items or lose them as a result of your use, you will be liable for the repair or replacement costs! You may also be barred from future use of our facility.

10. Cancellation

You can set an agreed date of use at least 14 days in advance withdraw. You will then receive a full refund of the usage fee. After this period, we will retain the usage fee as compensation for lost reservations. If you book online via anny, this cancellation must also be made via anny.
